Classes are discussion / lecture based with time for question/answer. There is only one class that involves physical, hands-on defense. I believe in preventing crime rather than fighting, as once you are fighting you are a victim; I believe there should be no victims.

Classes may be modified in content to fit your needs. You may also combine classes.

Cost of classes will depend on size of group, location, and length of presentation. Discounts are available to senior citizen groups, nonprofit organizations, and are based on sliding scale. When contacting me for a quote, please have this information available.

Class length may be from 1 hour to longer, depending on your needs. I am also available as a guest speaker for luncheons, etc.
